G.L.Garden FreezeGuard Pro 108W - heating cable with thermostat
Heating cable - heating wire for water installations and gutters. This heating cable with a thermostat is an intelligent solution for protecting pipes from freezing. It automatically turns on when the temperature drops to 6°C and turns off when it reaches 13°C. It is easy to install and requires no maintenance after being connected to a 230V power supply. Thanks to its waterproofness, UV resistance, and flexibility of the material, it works great in various conditions, protecting pipes, gutters, and other elements from low temperatures.

Description
It is ideally suited for use in homes, outdoors, and in industrial facilities, offering a versatile solution for protection against the effects of freezing temperatures.
Where to use?
- Any water installation, including pipes or valves, sanitary and sewage installations - regardless of whether they are made of plastic, copper, or steel.
- Air conditioners, heat pumps, drainage pipes, or drip trays.
- Vegetation, trees, crops, greenhouses.
- Gutters, valves, meters.
- Freezing mechanical components in automatic gates.
- Water drainage.
How does the thermostat work?
Our innovative heating cable is equipped with a smart thermostat that activates heating at a pipe temperature of 6°C and turns off when the temperature reaches 13°C. This will completely and under any conditions protect pipes and other installations from freezing.
How to install?
1. Unroll the cable, avoiding connecting it while coiled.
2. If the cable is very stiff at low temperatures, temporarily connect it to power to increase flexibility.
3. Proceed with the installation of the cable.
4. Ensure that the installation site is easily accessible and free of obstacles.
5. Attach the thermostat to the coldest part of the pipe using insulating tape, ensuring good contact with its black part, which resembles a black button.
6. Lay the cable along the pipe, securing it with tape every 30-60 cm.
7. Insulate the pipe and cable using appropriate insulating materials.
