Returns of goods

Pursuant to the Act of 2 March 2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by dangerous products (Journal of Laws of 2000, No. 22, item 271, as amended) and the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights. The user who is a Consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract without stating reasons within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods. Sending a written declaration before the deadline is sufficient to meet the deadline.

If the Consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, the contract shall be deemed not to have been concluded and the Consumer shall be released from all obligations. What the parties have provided shall be returned unchanged, unless the change was necessary within the limits of ordinary management. The Consumer is obliged to send the goods back immediately, i.e. within a maximum of 14 days, to the address of the online shop in an unchanged state, unless the change was necessary within the limits of ordinary management.

Reimbursement of costs incurred by the Buyer in connection with the withdrawal from the contract will be made immediately, i.e. within a maximum of 14 days by postal order to the address indicated by the Buyer or by bank transfer to the bank account indicated by the User.
